(MAKES 4 TACOS)
Unique ingredients including pickled carrots, red cabbage, ginger and soy make these tortillas especially Asian.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 c red cabbage
- 1/4 c pickled carrots
- Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger.
- Set your FIREDISC® to medium high heat, add the oil and cook the chicken and the red onion for 10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas on the outer ring of the FIREDISC® fill with chicken and then top with the red cabbage and pickled carrots.
