INGREDIENTS:
- 9 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 bottle of HABE sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco (if you want even more heat)
- Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powders and white pepper.
- In a large zip lock bag, mix pork chops with HABE sauce and Tabasco (optional) and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Set your FireDisc to high and cook the pork chops for 4 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove pork from the FireDisc and allow the HABE sauce to thicken for 3 minutes.
- Top pork with thickened HABE sauce and serve. Enjoy!
