INGREDIENTS:
- 10 oz. pork loin
- ¼ onion diced
- 1 tsp of butter
- ¼ cup of white wine
- ¼ cream
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of fingerling potatoes
- Sage to taste
- In the FIREDISC® with a medium temperature pour the olive oil and cook the pork loin for about 10 minutes.
- Take the pork off and let it rest.
- Now add butter and the onions.
- Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the white wine and the cream.
- Let it cook for another 5 min and then add the cheddar cheese and let it melt.
- Now add the pork loin back to the sauce and serve with the baked potatoes previously cooked with sage.
