INGREDIENTS:
- 2 soft shelled crabs, cleaned
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c of heavy whipping cream
- 1 c flour
- 3 c fry oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- Mayo
- 4 slices of bread
- Pour the oil into the FIREDISC® and set the heat to high, allow the oil to reach 365 degrees F.
- While the oil heats, whisk the egg and cream together and in a separate bowl mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Dip the crab in the flour, then the egg mixture and then in the flour one more time.
- Fry the crab carefully in the oil about 3 minutes per side.
- Drain on a paper lined plate, place on top a slice of bread, top with tomato, lettuce, and mayo and enjoy!
