INGREDIENTS:
- 42 oz pineapple cubes
- 2 limes, zested and 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 c of toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp powder sugar
- Set your FireDisc to high and toss in the pineapple with the lime juice.
- cook for 5 minutes and add the lime zest.
- cook for 5 more minutes then sprinkle the powdered sugar and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Remove the pineapple from the FireDisc and top by sprinkling the coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy!
