INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 pounds of elbow macaroni
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach lightly chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon of garlic
- Firedisc Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
- Turn Firedisc to medium and add water - get water boiling
- Add in elbow macaroni noodles until cooked
- Drain out water from disc, add in butter, milk and half and half
- Add in spices and flour and mix together
- Add in your shredded cheese to mixture, keep heat on medium to low
- Add in Firedisc Cha Cha Chili Seasoning and fresh cut spinach
- Add in cooked noodles and stir - turn heat off as you mix and then serve!
