EASY LIVING BEER BRATS

Brats cooked in beer and onions, now that’s a party. Serves 15.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 cans light beer
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 15 bratwurst
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
  • Set your FireDisc to HIGH, add beer and onions and bring to a boil.
  • Submerge brats in beer, add garlic and salt.
  • Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Move brats to outer ring of the FireDisc and cook for 5 minutes per side.
  • Serve brats with beer and onion mixture and enjoy!
