INGREDIENTS:
- Firedisc Habe sauce adds a little spice and pizazz to this chili recipe.
- 3 lb Ground Beef
- 1 (28oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c HABE Sauce
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Set your FireDisc to high heat and add the olive oil, sauté the bell peppers, onions, and celery in the middle of the FireDisc for 7 minutes.
- Move the vegetables to the outer ring of the FireDisc.
- Sear the ground beef in the center on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
- After browning both sides chop up the ground beef and cook fully on medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Once the meat is cooked mix all the vegetables and meat together.
- Add the canned tomatoes and it’s juice to the FireDisc with the Worcertershire, soy sauce, and HABE.
- Set the heat to MEDIUM and cook for 30 minutes.
- The longer it cooks, the better it gets, so set the FireDisc to LOW and cook longer if you like.
- Ladle over Fritos and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
