INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of red potatoes
- 2 1/2 pounds cured, smoked pork sausage links, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 8 ears of corn, cut in half
- 4 pounds medium shrimp
- 1 lemon
- FIREDISC® - Diane's Secret Seafood Seasoning
- Start with aluminum foil - making as many as the people in your group
- Place corn first
- Add in sausage
- Add in potatoes
- Add in shrimp
- Add a sliced lemon or 2
- Generously add in the FIREDISC® - Diane's Secret Seafood Seaoning
- Fold up the mini packs and place on steaming grate
