INGREDIENTS:
- Dumpling Wrappers or shells
- Pork Sausage or your favorite Meat to use for filling
- Filling mixture can consist of what you want, below are options:
- Freshly grated ginger
- Light Soy Sauce
- Seasalt and pepper
- Start Firedisc and add about 1 gallon of water
- Put Steaming Grate and Flattop Lid on to heat things up
- Lay out dough/shells
- Fill shells with your desired mixture
- Fold over and seal the shell - we used fork to pattern
- Steam for about 10 minutes
- Serve and Enjoy!
