INGREDIENTS:
- Tamale Shells - or Corn Husks
- Your Choice of Filling - Chicken, Beef, Pork, Refried Beans or Cheese
- Add any type of Veggies of Your Choice
- Sauces - Add Your Favorite - Red Salsa, Green Salsa, Enchilada Sauce, Mole Sauce
- Toppings: Chopped Cilantro, Avocado and/ or Sour Cream (or Crema) or Crumbled Cotija Cheese
- Mix your favorite filling meat, veggies and fold up the corn husk, tie off with Baking String
- Place on Steamer grate- close lid and steam for 10-15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
