INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds thick cut bacon
- Venison Sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- Favorite FIREDISC® Seasoning - To taste
- 1 Head of Cabbage
- Once FIREDISC® hot and ready, add chopped bacon to disc
- Saute in the venison sausage and onions
- Sprinkle on your favorite FIREDISC® seasoning
- Slice Cabbage, add on top of mixture
- Pull all ingredients to the center of the disc, cover and turn to heat to low, let it begin to steam
- Stir cabbage throughout process until tender
- Plate and serve
