INGREDIENTS:
- ½ pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 2 ears of corn, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup whole cherry tomatoes
- 2 lemons, sliced into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Diane’s Secret Seafood Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted; or 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for garnish
- Heat FIREDISC® cooker to high heat. Cut four sheets of foil about 12 inches long. Split steak, shrimp, corn, onion, tomatoes, half the lemon wedges, and garlic between each foil packet.
- Season with Diane’s Secret Seafood Seasoning. Drizzle with melted butter. Top each packet with a spring of fresh thyme and black pepper.
- Fold foil packets in half and roll the top and bottom edges to seal. Cook until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until steak cooks as desired. Garnish with parsley. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
