INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground buffalo meat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon table/kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Cheese, sliced
- Optional:
- green onion, thinly sliced
- yellow mustard
- tomato ketchup
- lettuce
- pickles
- In a large bowl, add meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Combine thoroughly by hand for consistency of seasoning, meat, and sauce. Mold meat into 8 small patties.
- Place one by one on a large plate. Transfer the plate to the refrigerator. Heat FIREDISC® COOKER TO high, about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Optional: Cover ‘disc with Ultimate Flattop Lid™ to speed warming. Transfer patties to the FIREDISC®. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Place cheese on top for the final minute. Remove from FIREDISC® cooker. Allow resting for 2-3 minutes.
- While the meat rests, place buns on the outer edge of the FIREDISC® cooker. Lightly toast for a few seconds. Remove from FIREDISC® cooker.
- Transfer patties into buns. Serve with optional onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and mustard, and/or tomato ketchup.
