INGREDIENTS:
- CHICKEN SHISH-KA-BOBS
- Grapeseed Oil

- 1 lb. bonelsee, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 small sweet potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

- STEAK SHISH-KA-BOBS
- Grapeseed Oil
- 1 1/2 lb. strip or sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges and halved
- 8 oz. mushrooms, trimmed and halved, if large
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- VEGETARIAN SHISH-KA-BOBS
- Grapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (14 -ounce) package extra-firm tofu, pressed of ecess moisture and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 4 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- SHRIMP SHISH-KA-BOBS
- Grapeseed oil
- 1 navel orange
- 1 ob. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large jalapeno peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz. Spanish chorizo, sliced
- Mix together the Meat, Shrimp, Tofu or Chicken with the seasonings
- Grab your skewers and alternate whatt type you want - you can do all of one, mix it up - completely up to you
- Heat Firedisc to medium heat - add Grapeseed oil
- Cook until throughly done
