OSBORN NAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS AND DRUMS

Savory, spicy and done just right buffalo chicken wings and drumsticks. This appetizer will fly off any table and is to be enjoyed with your favorite beverage.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 packages of chicken wings and drums. 12 wings and 12 drums
  • GWOK DUST - 5 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • ROOSTER RED WING SAUCE - 1 cup Sriracha sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Melted butter
PREPARATION:
  • Coat wings and drums with "GWOK DUST"
  • Melt 3 cups crisco shortening in Gwok to 350 degrees
  • Add/Cook wings and drums in batches of 10-12, cook wings and drums through, approx 8-10 minutes
  • ROOSTER RED WING SAUCE
  • Melt 2 sticks butter in pan on stove
  • In large bowl add 1 cup Sriracha sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon salt, and add melted butter
  • Wisk to smooth
  • Drizzle Rooster Red Wing Sauce over naked wings
  • Eat and Enjoy!
