INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ pounds 80/20 ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 4 tablespoons grape jelly
- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 4 pieces of bacon (cooked, or prepped on the FIREDISC® first)
- 4 hamburger buns
- Divide meat into four equal portions. Shape beef into patties, larger than buns. Season patties with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook burgers on a FIREDISC® cooker over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Place cheese on burgers to melt. Remove from ‘disc.
- Spread a tablespoon of jelly on one side of the bun and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the other side of the bun. Repeat with remaining buns. Add burgers to buns.
- Put one slice of bacon, broken in half, on top of each. Serve immediately (before the bullpen implodes. Again.)
