INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons Freaking A Fowl FIREDISC® seasoning
- 4 pounds leftover corned beef, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups sauerkraut
- 10 slices swiss cheese
- 10 slices marble rye bread
- 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- Set FIREDISC to medium heat
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and Freaking A Fowl FIREDISC seasoning in a bowl. Stir until well-mixed.
- Butter slices of rye bread and place them butter-side down on the outer edge of the cooker
- Spread sauce on the unbuttered side of the bread. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and two swiss cheese slices.
- Spread sauce on the unbuttered side of another slice of bread, and top the first one with it.
- Keep on the grill until meat warms and cheese melts. Flip once.
