INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 golden apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Legacy Whisky
- 1 c coleslaw
- 4 burger buns
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the coleslaw and buns.
- Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Set your FIREDISC® to HIGH heat and grill the burgers for 12 minutes, flipping once.
- Lightly grill the burger buns, plate your burgers and top with coleslaw.
