INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Strip Steaks
- 1 lb Baby Portabella Mushrooms, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c Brandy
- 1/4 c Cream
- 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- Set your FIREDISC® to High heat, add half the oil to the pan, and when hot sear the steaks on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
- Flip every minute after searing for about 6 minutes.
- Move the steaks to the outside ring of the FIREDISC®.
- Add the remainder of the oil to the pan and sauté the mushrooms until nice and brown, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium on the FIREDISC® and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
- Move the vegetables to the outer ring of the FIREDISC®.
- Add the brandy to the pan and reduce the liquid to 1/4.
- Add the cream, a touch of salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Move everything back into the center of the FIREDISC®, spoon the sauce over steaks, serve and enjoy!
