INGREDIENTS:
- Grape seed oil to coat bottom of pan
- 1/2lb Bacon
- Jalapenos
- 1 package Cream cheese
- 1 cup Mexican cheese
- Firedisc fajita seasoning
- Firedisc cha cha cha chili seasoning
- 1lb Breakfast sausages
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Egg wash
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Turn firedisc to medium heat
- fill oil in pan and fry pieces of bacon, put aside once ready
- Let cream cheese sit out until room temp to be able to mash, add mexican cheese, bacon bits, Firedisc fajita seasoning, Firedisc chacha chili seasoning
- Scrape seeds of jalapenos out, stuff jalapenos with cream cheese filling
- Mash breakfast sausages and wrap jalapenos with them, add salt and pepper to taste
- Dip them in egg wash, then flour, back into egg wash, then dip into breadcrumbs
- Put into frying pan, flip each side 5 minutes till golden brown
