  • 2 Wagyu Skirt Steaks
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons FIREDISC® Bodacious Beef seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola

  • 1 packet of Country Gravy mixture you can pick up at any local grocery store. Follow directions and add some FIREDISC Bodacious beef seasoning to it for extra TEXAS Flavor!
  • TEXAS BUTTER AND BEER MUSHROOM INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups of button mushrooms, washed
  • 3 tablespoons of butter or 1/2 stick avacado butter
  • 1 cup of beer Or 1/2 bottle (We used Shiner Bock) dark beer works best
  • 1 tablespoon (handful) of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (handful) of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon FIREDISC bodacious beef seasoning
PREPARATION:
  • For the steak: Begin with setting up an assembly line of 3 dishes. Mix the eggs in one; the flour mixed with the seasoned salt and FIREDISC Bodacious Beef seasoning, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, paprika and cayenne in another; and the meat in a third.
  • Work with one piece of meat at a time. Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt, FIREDISC Bodacious beef seasoning and black pepper, then place it in the flour mixture. Turn to coat. Place the meat into the egg mixture, turning to coat. Finally, place it back in the flour and turn to coat (dry mixture/wet mixture/dry mixture). Place the breaded meat on the clean plate, then repeat with the remaining meat.
  • Heat the canola oil in the FIREDISC Cooker at around 300 degrees. Drop in a few sprinkles of flour to make sure it's sufficiently hot. It should not brown right away, if it does, the fire is too hot.) Cook the meat, 2 pieces at a time or more, until the edges start to look golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove the meat to a paper towel-lined plate and keep them warm by covering lightly with another plate or a sheet of foil. Repeat until all the Wagyu meat is cooked.
  • TEXAS Butter anD Beer Mushroom Directions
  • Melt the the butter and onions in a skillet with the Beer
  • Add the washed mushrooms to the skillet and toss them around to coat.
  • Pour in the other half of the Shiner Bock and bring to a simmer on medium-low heat.
  • Add the fresh herbs, and FIREDISC Bodacious beef seasoning
  • Cook to taste!
