INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz dried wild mushrooms, rehydrated in warm water and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 serano pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 6 oz beer
- 10 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Set your FIREDISC® to medium high heat, add the oil and sauté all the vegetables for 8 minutes.
- Add the beer and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Turn your FFIREDISC® off and sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables.
- Your FIREDISC® will retain enough heat to melt the cheese but not over cook it.
- Stir until all the cheese is melted and serve! Enjoy!
