Ingredients:

½ lb reduced-fat smoked turkey kielbasa – cute into ½ inch slices
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green pepper coarsely chopped
1 yellow pepper coarsely chopped
1 sweet red pepper coarsely chopped
1 lb fresh mushroom, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
4 tablespoons dried basial, oregano and parsley flakes
21/2 tablespoons Super Savory Stir Fry Seasoning
1 pint heavy cream
Penne Pasta, precooked

Directions:

Over medium-high heat in the FireDisc, stir-fry the kielbasa, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Add the peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs and Super Savory Stir Fry Seasoning and cook until juices run clear and vegetables are crisp-tender.
