Shipping Policy
FIREDISC® recognizes that getting your products quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Please review our shipping policies below.
Continental United States
FIREDISC® uses ground service on all shipments within the continental United States unless otherwise requested by the customer. You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.
We will not refund or send a replacement for any shipment until it has been shipped for at least 10 days. If it has been 10 days and you still have not received your items, please contact customerservice@firedisccookers.com.
We do not guarantee shipping times. If your shipment is late or delayed, the cost of shipping will not re refunded.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on location, weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order. You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.

Return Policy For Website Customers
FIREDISC® recognizes that returning a product or merchandise can occasionally be a hassle, so we make every effort to process your return quickly. Please review our return policies below. For special arrangements, please visit the FIREDISC® Help page. We will be delighted to assist you.
For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers/retailers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.
FIREDISC® return policies are for all purchases made via mobile device, Flagship Store, or through our website: You can return your product(s) and merchandise up to thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. All products and merchandise must be unused/unworn, and returned in the original packaging. Products purchased via mobile device or through the website may NOT be returned to the Flagship Store or an Authorized Dealer.
If your requested return is approved and accepted by FIREDISC®, then a full refund for the price of the product or merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty (30) days. Receipt of the original purchase is required for cash returns. If requested by FIREDISC®, the original product or merchandise will need to be returned for inspection.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product or merchandise was shipped to you in error by FIREDISC®.
- If your return request is approved by FireDisc, the customer is responsible for obtaining a shipping label and shipping the product back to the address designated by customer service. Any shipping carrier of the customer’s choice can be used and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. FireDisc will not supply pre-paid labels for your return.
- If your return was not due to warranty or error by FIREDISC, A $50.00 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are NON-REFUNDABLE,NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. THE WHOLE ITEM WILL HAVE TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND AND THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER ONLINE FOR THE PRODUCT THEY ARE WANTING TO PURCHASE
- No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Items purchased at our FIREDISC Flagship Store can only be returned to the FIREDISC Flagship store. Any purchases made online or over the phone are not eligible for return at our store or office location and must be shipped back to our warehouse.

CLEARANCE ITEMS with prices ending in $.97 are FINAL SALE and are NON-RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

Once the below from is approved you will receive via email a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM with a specific RMA number. You must include a copy of the RMA form with the product or merchandise. Once received we will quickly process your return. Thank you!
